Job Title: Data Analysis Engineer

Job Location: Chennai and Sri Perumbatur

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Integrate industrial scenarios to precisely evaluate and analyze numerical data within projects, ensuring the collection of accurate data to enhance the performance of Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machines in detecting defects.

2. Identify and resolve data-related issues within projects, propose optimization strategies to improve AOI machine performance, and effectively communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

3. Develop stable data models based on reliable data and specific requirements, and continuously optimize them to enhance defect detection capabilities of AOI machines.

4. Lead the testing processes for data models and generate comprehensive test results.

5. Organize and annotate image and video samples, ensuring precise and efficient data handling.

6. Analyze, review, and propose enhancements to annotation processes, platforms, and operations.

7. Plan and execute data collection and annotation tasks, managing tasks to ensure efficiency and quality.

8. Conduct software testing in later stages of projects, document identified issues, and record them in the business system.

9. Collaborate with developers to address related tasks and other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience in data analysis and/or annotation.

2. Proficiency in Python, R, or other data analysis languages, along with familiarity with commonly used machine learning methods.

3. Strong analytical skills and a critical approach to numerical data patterns.

4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

5. Positive and proactive work attitude, with meticulous attention to detail and patience for handling repetitive tasks.

6. Strong team spirit and execution capabilities, with the ability to efficiently manage time and complete tasks.

7. Proficiency in MS office suite
