The role:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Senior Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling graphics for our educational applications and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise and a passion for creating designs that enhance the user experience. You will work closely with our product, marketing, and development teams to produce high-quality visual content.


Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to create designs that support company

growth initiatives.

  • Oversee the production of digital and print marketing materials.
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high design quality.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company’s goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions to designs as needed.
  • Organize and maintain design files and assets for easy access and future use.
  • Apply best practices in design and contribute ideas for enhancing design processes.



Experience :

5+ years of experience in graphic design with a proven record in leading design teams.


Skills you need for this role:

  • Expertise in both digital and print marketing materials.
  • Experience in the Ed-Tech, media, or film industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile app design is a plus.


Salary

● Annual Salary ranges between 3.5 to 4.8 Lakhs
