Creative Direction Manager


Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled individual experienced in Creative Art Direction to collaborate between our Account and Project Management, Creative, content and Video teams. The Art Direction lead should be able to interpret business requirements and client briefs quickly and translate them into elegant, creative solutions. Often working to tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects. He/She will be responsible for overseeing all creative projects, ensuring they are captured on brief, on time, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pharma, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries and driving innovation.


Responsibilities:


- Will be an individual contributor and work in collaboration with the Design leads in designing and directing innovative and impactful creative concepts.

- Attend the scope discussion call with clients to understand their needs and guide the design team with creative solutions that meet the client’s objectives.

- Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to Design.

- Collaborate and provide direction to a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.

- Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative development role, having managed preferably pharma clients. - Proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful creative projects.

- Strong interpersonal skills and creative direction skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch/Adobe XD etc.

- Knowledge of Pharma trends and omni-channel best practices.
