Responsibilities:

1.    1.    Designing and developing ETL processes: Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ETL processes using Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) tool. You should have experience in designing and building complex ETL processes that extract data from various sources, transform and cleanse data, and load data into a target system.

2.    Optimizing ETL performance: Candidate should have experience in optimizing ETL performance to meet the performance requirements of the project. This includes tuning SQL queries, indexing tables, and partitioning data to improve performance.

3.    Testing and debugging ETL processes: Candidate should have experience in testing and debugging ETL processes to ensure that they are functioning correctly. This includes identifying and resolving issues related to data quality, data integrity, and data transformation.

4.    Maintaining ETL processes: Candidate should have experience in maintaining ETL processes to ensure that they continue to function correctly over time. This includes troubleshooting and fixing issues that arise, as well as making changes to the ETL processes to accommodate changes in the data sources or target systems.

5.    Collaborating with other teams: Candidate should have experience in collaborating with other teams, such as database administrators, data analysts, and software developers, to ensure that the ETL processes integrate seamlessly with the overall system architecture.

6.     Documentation: Candidate should have experience in documenting the ETL processes, including design, development, testing, and maintenance, to ensure that the knowledge is available to the team members and stakeholders.

7.    Data warehousing: Candidates should have experience in data warehousing concepts, including star schema, snowflake schema, and dimension modelling. This includes understanding the business requirements, designing the data model, and implementing the data model using Pentaho Data Integration.

8.   Data integration: Candidate must knowledge of Data integration

9.   SQL & PL SQL: Candidate must have knowledge of SQL/PLSQL complex query.

10.Procedure & Function: Candidates should have experience to write the procedure & optimize the existing code.
