Compliance officer shall be responsible for:

 

      i.         compliance of policies, procedures, maintenance of records, monitoring adherence to the rules for the preservation of unpublished price sensitive information, monitoring of trades and the implementation of the codes specified in the regulations under the overall supervision of the designated partner.


     ii.         Represent with regulators and investors in a systematic manner


    iii.         Keep pace with GIFT city / IFSCA requirements and compliances to the regulations therein, implement them in fund and manager entities.


   iv.         Be responsible for compliance of group entities in British Virgin Island, Mauritius and UAE


Qualifications:


Should be a qualified Company Secretary with 5-7 years experience.


This position requires the approval of the candidate by the regulator and CVs that are likely to be approved will be short listed.
