Job Description:

As an SAP MM Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Materials Management processes within the SAP environment. Your role will involve configuring, implementing, and supporting the SAP MM module to ensure efficient procurement and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM functional specifications.
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP MM modules including procurement, inventory management, invoice verification, and material master data.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MM with other SAP modules such as SD (Sales and Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and FI (Financial Accounting).
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SAP MM issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of the SAP MM configurations and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP MM implementations.
  • Participate in SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP MM configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • SAP MM certification is a plus.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in project management and leading SAP MM implementation projects.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing custom reports in SAP.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in SAP.
  • Ability to develop and execute test plans for SAP MM processes.
