Position Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Vadodara

Reports to: Marketing Manager


Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand and marketing objectives. You will work on a wide range of projects, from digital and social media graphics to print materials, ensuring consistency and creativity across all platforms. The role requires proficiency in design software, a strong understanding of branding, and the ability to translate marketing needs into compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design & Branding:
  • Create and design a variety of digital and print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, and website visuals.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
  1. Social Media & Digital Assets:
  • Design engaging social media posts, ads, and other online content to drive engagement and support marketing campaigns.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure designs complement digital marketing strategies.
  1. Marketing Collateral:
  • Design and develop marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, infographics, and promotional items.
  • Collaborate with the team to design high-impact visuals for events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  1. Website & UX/UI Design Support:
  • Work closely with the web development team to provide design support for website updates and UX/UI improvements.
  • Ensure that all website graphics are up-to-date and visually aligned with the overall brand.
  1. Print Production:
  • Prepare designs for print, ensuring correct formats, sizes, and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for printing and production, ensuring quality standards are met.
  1. Creative Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, copywriters, and other departments to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns.
  • Provide creative input and suggest innovative ideas for campaigns and branding efforts.
  1. Project Management:
  • Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Work within established deadlines and contribute to team goals.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine / Visual / Applied Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various media.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and familiarity with web design tools is a plus.
  • Ability to create Google Slide presentations and templates.
  • Experience in creating both digital and print materials.
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines and creatively explore new design ideas.

  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box when approaching design challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with teams.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and improve designs accordingly.
  • Familiarity with design trends and best practices for both digital and print media.
