Job Description:

We are seeking a HARO Outreach Specialist to drive our media outreach efforts by responding to journalist requests and securing valuable media placements. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing multiple platforms including HARO (now Connectively), SourceBottle, Featured, Qwoted,, Muckrack, Prowly, and #journorequest on X (Twitter). Your primary focus will be to identify relevant opportunities, craft tailored pitches, and build relationships with journalists and media professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor HARO, SourceBottle, Featured, Qwoted, Postifluence, Muckrack, Prowly, and other platforms daily for relevant media opportunities.

- Develop and send timely, targeted pitches that align with our brand and industry expertise.

- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media contacts to enhance our outreach efforts.

- Work closely with the content team to create media-ready materials and ensure pitches are compelling.

- Track the success of pitches and report on media placements and overall impact.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in PR, media outreach, or content marketing with a strong track record of securing media placements.

- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive pitches.

- Proficiency in using HARO, SourceBottle, Featured, Qwoted, Postifluence, Muckrack, Prowly, and #journorequest.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
