Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Monitor sales performance across stores and take corrective actions to improve results.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and locations for expansion.

2. Store Operations & Customer Experience

  • Ensure seamless store operations and compliance with luxury brand guidelines.
  • Oversee inventory management and stock optimization to maximize sales.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service and brand representation.

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, motivate, and manage store managers and retail teams across the region.
  • Conduct regular training on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Set clear performance goals and provide constructive feedback.

4. Brand Management & Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure consistent visual merchandising and adherence to global luxury brand aesthetics.
  • Work closely with the marketing team for local brand promotions and events.
  • Maintain relationships with high-net-worth customers and VIP clientele.

5. Market Analysis & Competitive Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and reports on sales performance and market opportunities.
  • Implement competitive strategies to enhance market positioning.

6. Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and financial protocols.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for the region.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain operational efficiency.


Key Requirements:

1. Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 5 years in a regional management role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

2. Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, manage operations, and maintain brand standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of luxury customer behavior and high-end retail dynamics.

3. Industry Knowledge

  • Experience working with premium international luxury brands in fashion, accessories, watches, or jewelry.
  • Understanding of the Gujarat luxury market and consumer demographics.
