Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, development, customization, and integration of D365 applications to meet our business needs. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and IT teams to implement innovative solutions across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


Design and Development:

  • Lead the development, customization, and integration of D365 solutions.
  • Work with D365 modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Service.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, X++.
  • Implement complex integrations between D365 and third-party systems using Azure integration tools and APIs.


Solution Architecture:

  • Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable D365 architecture that aligns with business processes.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical designs and coding standards.


Performance Optimization:

  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and optimize D365 applications.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best coding practices.


Testing and Deployment:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and deployment plans.
  • Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including UAT and post-deployment support.


Collaboration:

  • Partner with functional consultants and business analysts to identify and implement business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and cross-functional teams.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on the latest D365 and Microsoft technologies.
  • Recommend improvements to processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical development within Dynamics 365 or Dynamics AX.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex D365 customization, integrations, and performance tuning.


Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in D365 development: X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, Power Platform.
  • Experience with Azure services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
  • Deep understanding of D365 modules, including Finance, Operations, SCM.
  • Familiarity with ALM processes, Git, DevOps pipelines.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.


Certifications:

  • Microsoft certifications related to D365 (e.g., Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate) are highly desirable.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Power BI and other reporting tools for D365.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Previous experience working in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or supply chain.
