Manager – Financial Planning

The Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for strengthening our financial planning framework and driving improvements in forecasting, reporting, and analytical capabilities. The role requires strong technical expertise in FP&A systems, financial modelling, and data-driven decision support, and involves collaborating closely with Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and external partners. The ideal candidate will combine analytical depth with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead implementation and management of FP&A systems and planning tools to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiencyOwn end to end financial model development and maintenance, covering integrated revenue, expenses, and headcount modelsManage monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles with cross-functional alignmentDevelop automated dashboards, KPI reporting, and streamlined data flows across systemsDrive the budgeting process in coordination with internal and outsourced accounting teamsDeliver variance analysis, performance insights, and executive-level reportingSupport ad hoc projects such as pricing, scenario analysis, and acquisition-related financial planningCollaborate across teams to enhance data quality and system integration.RequirementsDemonstrated expertise in financial modelling, planning systems, and performance reportingHands on experience implementing FP&A tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment, Planful, Mosaic, etc.) along with strong project management skillsGood understanding of budgeting cycles, forecasting processes, and financial governanceStrong analytical thinking, accuracy, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable financial processes and automationStrong communication skills including the ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teamsAbility to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with outsourced accounting or shared service teamsExposure in a relevant role at a SaaS, healthcare services, and/or PE-backed environments would be an added advantage.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fieldProfessional certifications (CFA, CMA) or MBA (Finance) degree would strengthen the candidature, but are not mandatoryAdvanced modelling abilities in Excel or Google Sheets; BI experience (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is strongly preferred10-15 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or financial systems roles.How to ApplyEmail us at: jerlinbetsy.m@accesshealthcare.comIf selected, you may be invited to attend a face-to-face interview at our HQAddress: A-9, 1st Main Road, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai 600058
