- Glass

- No. of business tie-ups
- Driving the plan for opening Franchisee & COCO centers as per defined timelines
- To make and finalize strategy for customers along with Regional Managers
- Profitability Analysis and Price Correction
- Store, cluster, region level profitability within budget
- Ensure NPS as per target (>85)
- Resolution of customer complaint within defined TAT
- Customer Relationship Building
- Monthly MIS
- PDCA Approach (Gap Targets) of set targets v/s actual
- Inventory Control
- Ensuring compliance to Audit Adherence as per timelines ; conducting RCA and improvement measures
- To monitor competitor activities in order to define company strategy and response to customers
- Preparation and submission of various reports - sales, gap analysis etc.
- To build high Morale and motivation of the team
- Assess performance of team members for areas of development
- Ensuring retention of employees and reducing attrition among team members
