Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Officer at FlyTreat in New Delhi. The Visa Officer will be responsible for handling visas, immigration issues, providing exceptional customer service, and effective communication with travelers.


Responsibilities:

  • Assess and review visa applications and supporting documents.
  • Verify authenticity of documents and applicant information.
  • Make informed decisions on visa approvals or rejections.
  • Prepare and issue official correspondence related to visa decisions.
  • Handle applicant inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and policies.
  • Maintain organized and confidential application records.
  • Attending Inquiries for Any Countries Visa Assistance (Source - Email, Call or Walkin) Solving Visa Related Queries Preparing
  • Ensuring Timely All Visa Applications Process.
  • Process Applications for Visas. Process Visa Applications and Notify Applicants When Decisions Were Made. Must have strong knowledge about All countries Visa documentations. Managing End to end Visa Process


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 2 years of experience in visa processing or immigration.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Preferred: Advanced degree, relevant certifications.
