Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager/Manager with a proven track record in driving digital transformation, automation, and finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digitization, automation, and project management. You will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and enabling strategic digital initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Transformation & Automation: Lead the identification, development, and execution of digitization and automation initiatives across various business functions, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to streamline operations.
  • Finance Transformation: Drive finance transformation projects, enhancing financial processes and systems for improved efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
  • Project Management: Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead project planning, execution, and post-implementation review.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation across finance and operational functions, reducing manual efforts and enhancing efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, functional heads, and external partners to understand business needs, define requirements, and ensure successful execution of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Change Management: Facilitate organizational change by developing and delivering strategies for user adoption, training, and stakeholder alignment during digital and ERP transitions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Six Sigma) is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital transformation, automation, finance transformation, or ERP implementation.
  • Proven experience leading AI and automation initiatives in a business setting.
  • Strong project management experience, including managing large-scale IT and finance transformation projects.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Experience on Tableau, Power BI, SQL, SAS will be added advantage.
  • ERP implementation would be a preference.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, RPA, AI technologies, and data analytics platforms.
  • Solid understanding of finance processes and how to optimize them through digitization.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
