Urgent Hiring || Technical Lead – E2E Design || Gurgaon Profile: - Technical Lead – E2E Design, Delivery & Nokia FlowOne OwnershipExperience:- Min 5 YearsCTC:- Upto 7.2 LPA (Depend on the interview)Location:- GurgaonWorking Days:- Mon- Sat Role SummaryWe are looking for a Technical Lead who will own end-to-end solution design, review and triage incoming work, allocate tasks across backend, AI/ML, frontend, and NFV engineers, and ensure high-quality on-time delivery. The Lead will also be responsible for managing Nokia FlowOne development, integration, and testing activities.ResponsibilitiesReview incoming requirements and convert them into clear technical tasksCreate E2E architecture and high-level design documents (HLD/LLD)Distribute and track tasks across backend (FastAPI), AI/ML, frontend (Next.js), and NFV engineersOversee Nokia FlowOne project development, configuration, integration, and testingEnsure smooth cross-team collaboration and timely delivery of milestonesReview designs, code, testing outputs, and system integration qualityIdentify risks, manage dependencies, and remove delivery blockersEnsure adherence to security, performance, and compliance requirementsAct as the primary technical escalation point for all engineering activitiesRequired SkillsGeneral Technical LeadershipStrong experience in designing distributed backend or analytics-based systemsAbility to prepare architecture documents and break down high-level requirementsExcellent team coordination, estimation, and delivery management skillsStrong debugging, integration, and problem-solving abilitiesGood understanding of Next.js frontend architecture, APIs, and workflow basicsNokia FlowOne (Core Skillset)Strong understanding of FlowOne as a catalog-driven provisioning and order-management platformHands-on with FlowOne modules:Order Manager, Order Hub, Service Catalogue, BSTExperience integrating FlowOne with OSS/BSS, service inventory, and multi-vendor networksFamiliarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Java-based customisations, and SQL/PLSQLKnowledge of service lifecycle orchestration (order capture → validation → fulfilment → activation)Practical experience in FlowOne SIT/UAT, production issue debugging, and go-live supportUnderstanding of VNF/CNF provisioning workflows and network service modelsNice to HaveExperience with NFV MANO stack (NSD/VNFD, Mistral workflows)Exposure to FastAPI or AI/ML pipelinesExperience working in telecom, OSS/BSS, network automation, or large KPI systemsKnowledge of secure/offline deployment environmentsAbility to guide junior engineers technically
