What you’ll work on:


  • Analyze customer insights and behaviour, customer personas, and consumer trends.
  • The person should be capable of data mining and analysis and also have an eye for creative work, as he/she will be required to plan activities; work with the creative team inhouse and manage agencies.
  • Brand Strategy development adhering to defined Brand KPIs.
  • Creation of marketing calendars and segmenting the budget across campaigns and channels Initiating Community building to drive brand desire and consumer loyalty.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts Interact with Sales teams to understand key challenges and opportunities, create an action plan to address them.
  • Manage the development of selected integrated brand communication and develop communication material for exploitation across a number of channels.


Key Requirements:


  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in any industry (Agency Experience will be given preference).
  • Analytical and creative thinking.
  • Looking for talent with - ownership mindset, passion, and agility.
  • Up to speed with current marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Understanding of brand marketing and communication in any industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to communicate across cultural and experience levels, internal & external.
  • A test-and-learn mindset as the idea continues to evolve.
  • Ability to adapt according to the business needs and perform accordingly.
