LLM Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and
Machine Learning (ML) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
developing and utilizing LLMs for production applications.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of LLMs and ML models for NLP applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, conduct experiments, and evaluate models for performance and scalability.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in LLMs, ML, and NLP technologies and apply them to enhance our products and services.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on LLMs, ML, and NLP best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Working experience of around 3-4 years in ML/Deep Learning.
- 1+ years of professional experience with Large Language Models (LLM).
- Demonstrated expertise in working with large-scale LLMs and Deep learning architectures.
- Experience in building with custom LLM's from as open source LLM’s such as GPT-4,
- Llama, Mistral, Flan-T5, etc., and a background in Machine Learning and/or NLP.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and frameworks such as
- TensorFlow, Py Torch, or similar. SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures, such as GPT, BERT, or Transformer models.
- A clear understanding of data structures and algorithms, along with expertise in predictive modeling, statistics, and deep learning.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for exploring new technologies and methodologies.
