We are looking for a Officer Legal professional who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact within our organization. If you have 3-4 years of experience and are passionate about the legal field, we want to hear from you


In this role you will:

Drafting and reviewing legal documents.


  • Supporting the team with compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Assisting in contract management and negotiations.
  • Conducting legal research on relevant statutes, case law, and regulations.
  • Assisting in the preparation of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and banking-related documents.
  • Communicating with stakeholders and external lawyers under the guidance of the supervising lawyer.
  • Organizing and maintaining legal files, documents, and records.
  • Performing administrative duties, including follow-ups on litigation matters and maintaining the court diary.
  • Supporting the preparation of MIS for litigation matters.


You have :

  • Qualified lawyer from a reputed institute.
  • Strong understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and principles.
  • Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and effective presentation of findings.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in legal research databases and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
