The role of Programme Coordinator (PMO) within Vodafone Group will report directly to the NEWProducts & Services Security Manager in Corporate Security located in backthe UK. Your role will require you to engage with senior stakeholders and product managers on a global scale with a view to ensuring that the SPDA compliance is adhered to across the organisation.

SPDA or Security & Privacy by Design is a compliance programme established by Vodafone in 2018 to ensure that privacyand security is at the forefront of new product development and/or the maintenance of in-life products and services. This role owns the coordination activity between teams, working with stakeholders from across the organisation to ensure that they meet with our compliance criteria. We are at the centre of it all and must ensure that records are accurately kept, and information is accurately stored/reported to senior management on a regularbasis.

In addition, this role has a virtual responsibility for some local people management. We would hopethat the person is able to work alongside and oversee activity performed by the Data Entry Coordinator who is part of the greater team and responsible for data input of critical assets. We are therefore looking for a highly organised self-driven professional who is comfortable working remotely as part ofa larger team.

Experience working in a technology environment with product delivery teams who are delivering in Agile or Waterfall would be an asset. Experience working in a compliance / risk / regulatory or governance functionor support function would also be an asset as this aligns to what we do daily. In-depth knowledge & experience working with MS Teams and reporting isessential.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

- PMO function responsible for reporting - analytics and dashboards

- Project engagement in orderto ensure compliance questionnaires / reviews are carried out accordingly

- Presentationand communicationat senior management level

- Stakeholder management in a diverse and multi-culture organization

- Proactive stakeholder engagement with project teams

- Data accuracy in reporting and dashboards

- No. of compliance reviews performed by key stakeholders

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

- Basic understanding of the product delivery lifecycle, preferably inboth a waterfall & agile environment

- Experience working in a compliance / risk / regulatory and/or governance function

- Experience managing multiple stakeholders at varying levels of seniority

- Evidence of strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships virtually.

- Evidence demonstrating the ability to prioritise and escalate as/when required.

- Evidence producing timely and accurate reports for senior management


Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree

- Project Management Office Experience (PMO)

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Forms, MSOneNote, MS Planner, as well as Outlook, PowerPoint, & SharePoint useful

- Experience working in a compliance / risk / regulatory and/or governance function

- Excellent communication + organisational skills
