What does this role hold for you…??

Facilitate HR Process and Operations audit
according to Management policies.
Carry out the Background verification and Exit
Coordinate with vendor for all statutory
compliance PF, PT, ESI, Superannuation & Gratuity.
Implement the latest amendment and
notification pertaining to labor and employment law at an organizational level
and manage the labor inspection.
Manage service level agreements and client
contract covering all HR statutory regulations. Provide support to the relevant stakeholders
about the relevant laws and clarification.
Track HR Compliance and Update changes in
Employment and labor laws on the online portal.
Co- ordinate the monthly submissions of onsite
Labor Compliance Audits like Indemnity Bond / Undertaking Letter / Declaration
Letter / Compliance Certificates along with preparation of audit reports.
Collaborate work with the legal team, Compensation
and Benefits, HR Business Partner and other stakeholders for implementing HR
Compliance solutions.
