The role of Data Entry Coordinator within Vodafone Group will report have a dual reporting structure: directly to the Group Critical Assets Protection Manager in Corporate Security based in Paddington office in the UK as well as to a local VSSi manager.The Group Critical Asset Protection Manager will be responsible for your objectives, provide training in new processes or tools as well as manage your progress. Your local VSSiManager will be there for additional support you may need in your new role. Both new roles will be sharing information so having a dual reporting structure will benefit this role.
Your role will require you to follow a standard process for gathering data and entering the data utilising the most efficient method. That method will either through directly adding to theUniversal Critical Asset Register (UCAR) or to a spreadsheet that is then uploaded to UCAR. The candidate will be trained in both methods. You will be part of a larger team, Group Product, Services, and Critical AssetsProtection, which is responsible for identifying critical assets and the policies aligned to them to ensure their security and health throughout the assets lifecycle in Vodafone. The team also contains the SPDA, led by the Products and Security Protection Manager who will also have a member of VSSi on her team. The role on SPDA will act as the local manager forthis role. Communication and information sharing between these two roles will also be necessary at predefined times. The role will also require the running of reports, reviewing data for gaps, and ensuring accuracy of the data through predefined emails to asset owners. We are therefore looking for a highly organised self-driven professional who is comfortable working remotely as part of a larger team. The Group Product, Servicesand Critical Assets Protection Senior Manager will have oversight of all the VSSi roles but all roles will report directly to their assigned managers for theirdaily activities.
Experienceworking in a compliance / risk / regulatory or governance function or support functionwould also be an asset as this aligns to what we do daily. In-depth knowledge & experience working with MS Teams and reporting is essential.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Forms, MS OneNote, MS Planner, as well as Outlook, PowerPoint, & SharePoint useful
- Experience working in a compliance / risk / regulatory and/or governance function
- Excellent communication + organisational skills
