About the Role

:

We are looking for a Treasury FX, Capital and Liquidity Reporting Expert who will work with the team to manage data collection, aggregation, modelling and reporting process for Swiss Re Group as a part of the Treasury management activities.

FX Reporting and Analysis: You will support the preparation of FX Management activities such as Net Investment Hedge Designations (accounting hedges), and contribute to the monthly FX exposure reporting process, which covers various measures such IFRS earnings and IFRS equity or SST capital adequacy.

In addition, you will contribute to the further development of the FX reporting infrastructure and work closely with Treasury IT towards an automated and frequent FX exposure reporting process and to develop an MSBI FX exposure reporting dashboard.

Capital Reporting and Analysis: you will contribute to the reporting of the legal entity capital positions, the planned dividends and capital contributions as well as the calculations of post loss capital positions and contribute to other capital management and reporting related activities. 

Liquidity Modelling and Reporting: you will contribute to overall reporting process such as data collection, aggregation and analysis for the liquidity report and liaise with teams across functions to ensure timely and consistent data delivery.

You will also assume responsibility for the maintenance and improvement of the respective reporting process and control documentation to ensure that the reporting processes meet operational risk and audit standards. 

In addition, you will contribute to the maintenance and further development of the Capital Planning Tool as well as the Liquidity modelling and reporting infrastructure.

About the Team :

Our team, Treasury Business Services (TBS) Bangalore works in close collaboration with the Liquidity modelling and reporting and the FX and Capital Reporting and Analytics teams in Zurich. Together we are responsible for the liquidity, FX and Capital modelling and reporting processes for Swiss Re Group and provides the Treasury Management Units, Business Units, Legal Entities and Risk Management Units with timely and relevant management and risk information.

About you:

Must haves

Masters in a quantitative discipline, . Mathematics, Econometrics, Finance 5 to 8 years of experience in Risk Reporting and/or Treasury Reporting Experience in analysis and reporting of FX, capital or liquidity risk across regions and legal entities.  Strong experience and know-how in applying advanced reporting and data analytics or reporting tools and dealing with large data sets and data integration Strong understanding of financial instruments, including FX, liquidity and cash flow related aspects Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and on SharePoint Project management skills and ability to deliver on initiatives and to coordinate activities in working groups Teammate who is creative, open-minded, reliable and proficient A great team member with passion to take initiatives

Good to have:

Certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CFA or FRM will be an added advantage Knowledge in MSBI products, Stargate or programming language like Python, R, Java or equivalent is an added advantage Solid understanding of IFRS accounting standard as well as local statutory valuations, and knowledge on the essentials of capital adequacy and connection with regulatory requirements and dividend capacity needs Flexibility with work timing, Willingness to travel based on the business need
