About the Role: Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in managing daily financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights. The role involves close collaboration with leadership to safeguard financial integrity and support the organizations growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial activities, including cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enforce financial policies across the organization.
  • Process vendor payments, scrutinize claims, and manage procurements.
  • Prepare timely financial statements, forecasts, and reports, ensuring accurate audits and compliance.
  • Support leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

Qualifications:

  • B.Com/BBA (5+ years), MBA Finance (3+ years), or CA (3+ years).
  • Strong expertise in accounting, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Experience in both non-profit and for-profit sectors is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
