Overview:The ProductManager plays a crucial role in the organization leading theproduct development and management process. They are responsiblefor driving the product strategy identifying market opportunitiesand ensuring the successful delivery of products that meet bothcustomer needs and businessgoals.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developing andexecuting product strategies androadmaps
  • Conducting market research andanalysis to identify opportunities andtrends
  • Defining product requirements andmanaging the product developmentprocess
  • Collaborating with crossfunctionalteams including engineering marketing andsales
  • Setting pricing and positioningstrategies for products
  • Monitoring andanalyzing product performance and KPIs
  • Leadingthe product launch and gotomarketstrategies
  • Collecting and prioritizing productand customer requirements
  • Managing the productlifecycle from concept to endoflife
  • Ensuringalignment with business objectives and customerneeds
  • Participating in agile developmentprocesses and sprints
  • Building strongrelationships with stakeholders andcustomers
  • Contributing to the overall productvision and strategy
  • Providing leadership andmentorship to product teams
  • Generating andmaintaining product documentation andcollateral

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Computer Science Engineering or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in product managementor related roles
  • Demonstrated success inlaunching and managing products throughout thelifecycle
  • Strong understanding of marketdynamics and customer needs
  • Proficiency inproduct management tools andmethodologies
  • Excellent project management andorganizational skills
  • Ability to analyze dataand make datadriven decisions
  • Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonalskills
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolvingabilities
  • Ability to collaborate and influencecrossfunctional teams
  • Proven ability to driveproduct strategy and roadmap
