KeyResponsibilities:

Strategic IT Planning:Develop and implementstrategic plans for IT operations to support business goalsfocusing on scalability security andefficiency.

Cloud ServicesManagement:Oversee the management of cloud services(OCI GCP AWS) ensuring optimal performance costefficiency andcompliance with data protectionregulations.

Hardware andInfrastructure Oversight: Manage the procurementmaintenance and lifecycle of hardware resources including laptopsAIO system etc.

Internal IT supportservices: Manage the internal IT service deskoperations and performance. Motivating team prepare incidentreports carry out audits & infrastructure health checkup andfollow daily weekly & monthlyactivities.

TeamLeadership: Hire mentor and lead a team of ITprofessionals fostering a culture of innovation collaboration andcontinuous improvement.

StakeholderCommunication:Serve as a key IT contact for internalstakeholders providing regular updates on IT initiatives challengesand achievements. Collaborate closely with other businessunits.

ContinuousImprovement:Continuously assess and improve IToperations processes and practices to increase efficiency and meetevolving business needs.

ServiceDevelopment & Management:Oversee the designdevelopment and delivery ofservices.

Budgeting & FinancialManagement:Develop and manage the divisions budgetensuring optimal allocation of resources while drivingROI.

RiskManagement:Identify potential risks in the areas oftechnology and security devising and implementing mitigationstrategies.

AssetManagement:Management of Networks Network SecurityWireless Information Security requirements application delivery andG Suite.

SecurityManagement:Perform root cause analysis (RCA) andincident reviews. Ownership of vulnerability management andpatching policies. Proactively identifies weaknesses andvulnerabilities in the network infrastructure using security logsnetwork analysis and observations.

Performance Management:Develop and maintain teamsKPIs. Help teams prioritize efforts and ensure they align with theoverall direction of thecompany.

Monitoring Operations andInfrastructure:Implement monitor evaluate andoperate a wide range of IT infrastructure security managementprocesses policies and procedures. Draft and review comprehensivetechnical specifications manuals and other userdocumentation.

TechnicalBackground:

Strong knowledge ofHosting Cloud Service Providers Like AWS GCP OCI Azureetc.

Excellent leadership and team managementskills with a track record of developing highperformingteams.

Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills. Ability to strategize plan and execute ITinitiatives aligned with businessobjectives.
