Providing the below information is voluntary and refusal to submit such information will not be prejudicial to you.Taking care of the general facilities and administrationTaking care of the engineering & operational procedures at site To manage and control all critical spares for all installations as per manufacturer recommendation and inventory To coordinate with Facility Manager to have all related contracts in place of AMC of the Critical equipmentTo liaise with the vendors for maintenance/service practices of M&E contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations Daily inspection of logbooks, history card, checklist, escalation charts, SOP & PPM schedules etc. for a better management of engineering systems To take up energy management program for reducing the cost on utilities Maintaining Access control system & CCTV To adhere to 52 weeks annual M&E maintenance schedule To ensure vendor management & vendor evaluation is done on monthly basis Ensuring the planned daily, weekly, fortnightly & monthly activities are completed Handling outsourced service providers in maintaining office Security / Escorts, Pest control, pantry, Mail room operations Providing regular trainings to M& E staff and housekeeping team Liaising with vendors/OEMs and ensuring the equipment is serviced as per prescribed SOP Preparing & maintaining documents/checklists for critical equipment for ISO Audits ( BCMS /ISMS/EMS/EHS)Ensure proper functioning of the following system in the facility All Electrical Systems All HVAC system maintaining the BMS Cafeteria equipment's & F&B
