About the Position

Provide comprehensive strategic & operational support as an Executive Assistant to Director of Response with new business ideas, market intelligence & trends, periodic business updates, data analysis, presentations, pitch decks, & other necessary documents and enable him to focus on high-level priorities and effectively lead the function.

With a strong background in understanding and reading data & market trends to be able to infer valuable insights and exceptional organizational skills, this role requires a strategic thinker capable of bringing both macro and micro perspectives to the table, contributing to key business decisions.

Areas of Responsibility

Strategic Advisory:

Actively engage with the Director for Response for open-minded exploration of ideas, brainstorming on innovative business models, stimulating conversations on future way forward and discussing unconventional and bold suggestions. Be an enthusiast and challenge assumptions constructively & ask probing questions to elicit insightful perspectives. Serve as the Director ‘s trusted advisor, translating all relevant business data into clear, concise, and objective insights that drive strategic decision-making. Create high quality and impactful presentations for various reviews with the Board, CEO, Leadership Teams, employee town halls and other meetings. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial & operational metrics. Collaborate with various functions & stakeholders to gather and synthesize information for executive decision-making.

Operational Support:

Plan and coordinate high-level meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all arrangements are seamless and efficient. Attend all Business Review meetings alongside the Director, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items. Prepare and distribute accurate and timely Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) to relevant stakeholders. Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met with quality output as per expectations. Organize and maintain confidential files and documents, ensuring easy access.

Market Insights & Intelligence

Stay informed about industry trends, market movements, and key business enablers relevant to the Business Assist in formulating strategic initiatives and business development plans based on macroeconomic factors & trends. Conduct research and analysis to provide insights on future opportunities, potential threats, and new revenue streams.

New Revenue Streams

Support the Director for Response with various projects/business ideas, research tasks, and future opportunities. Actively participate and provide all relevant support for special/new projects that are aimed at generating incremental Response business. Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks and issues while participating in special projects and partner with relevant stakeholders to resolve conflicts, bottlenecks, and progress towards closure.

External Engagements

Accompany the Director to external meetings, industry events, and conferences, from time to time as required. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

Educational Qualifications Required

MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Campus. 

Relevant Experience

4 to 7 years of progressive experience Prior experience in working as an Executive Assistant to CEO or Director. 

Functional Competencies

Understanding of India’s macroeconomic trends Proficient in Market Research Proficient with Data Analytics. 

Behavioral Competencies:

Stakeholder Management Analytical Skills Cross Functional Collaboration Problem Solving Communication Skills Organizing Skills & Attention to details.
