Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, support, and direction.Hands on with Technical Solutions - a programming enthusiast.Ability to bring in solution by collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.Architect and design robust and scalable software solutions using .NET Core, SQL, and Angular.Plan the sprint, conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.Skilled in .NET Core, SQL, EF Core, C#, and Angular.Experienced in leading, communicating, and motivating teams.Analytical with a knack for diagnosing and solving complex issues.Effective collaborator committed to inclusivity.Focused on delivering high-quality solutions on time and budget.Good in communication and interpersonal skills
