JobDescription:


Weare seeking an experienced Senior Oracle ARCS FunctionalAnalyst with over 8 years ofexperience to join our team. The ideal candidate willhave indepth expertise in Oracle Account ReconciliationCloud Service (ARCS) and a strong background in financialaccounting and reconciliation processes. You will be responsiblefor endtoend implementation configuration and integration of ARCSsolutions as well as working with crossfunctional teams to gatherand analyze business requirements and deliver technicalsolutions.


KeyResponsibilities:


Requirement Gathering &Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyzeand document business requirements for ARCSprojects.

E2E Project Implementation: Leadthe implementation of two or more endtoend ARCSprojects including requirement gathering solution designconfiguration integration testing anddeployment.

ARCS Configuration: Configure keycomponents of ARCS including SegmentsProfiles (Account ID Process Risk Rating Frequency AccountType Aging).

Account Reconciliation & TransactionMatching: Implement and manage processes foraccount reconciliation and transactionmatching ensuring compliance with bestpractices.

Data Management &Integrations: Oversee data managementintegrations and the use of FDMEE to connectexternal systems to ARCS.

SmartView &Reporting: Leverage SmartView andSQL to build custom reports and extractmeaningful insights from ARCS data.

Solution Testing &Implementation: Conduct rigorous testing and validationto ensure highquality functionalimplementations.



Requirements

RequiredSkills:


8 years of experienceworking in EPM cloud systems or Oracle ERP/Cloud solutions as afunctional analyst.

Expertise in Oracle ARCS includingconfiguration design andimplementation.

Strong understanding of accountreconciliations transaction matchingand financial closeprocesses.

Experience in data management andintegrations using FDMEE or equivalenttools.

Proficiency in SmartView andSQL for creating custom reports and managingARCS data.

Strong understanding of financial accountingprinciples and ARCS reconciliationcompliance.


PreferredSkills:


Knowledge of EPM Cloud RESTAPI.

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud(OIC).

Familiarity with FCCS andEDMCS.

A CA/CMA/CWA or degreein Finance or a relatedfield.

Experience implementing multiple E2E OracleARCS projects.

Solid understanding of financialreconciliation processes and accountingprinciples.

Strong communication skills with the ability to workeffectively with diverse teams andstakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslymeeting deadlines and delivering highquality errorfreework.
