RoleOverview

Asa FrontEnd Developer specializing in React you will be responsiblefor building and maintaining userfacing components andapplications. You will work closely with designers and backenddevelopers to create seamless and responsive web applications. Yourexpertise in React combined with knowledge of GraphQL Shopify andecommerce functionalities will be instrumental in driving ourprojects tosuccess.


KeyResponsibilities
  • Developnew userfacing features using React.js ensuring high performanceandresponsiveness.
  • Collaboratewith UX designers to translate design wireframes and mockups intofunctionalapplications.
  • Managestate effectively and optimize components for maximum performanceacross a variety of webcapabledevices.
  • UtilizeGraphQL for efficient data fetching and statemanagement.
  • Participatein code reviews providing and receiving constructivefeedback.
  • Troubleshootand debug applications for optimal performance and userexperience.
  • Stayuptodate with the latest trends and technologies in frontenddevelopment and proposeimprovements.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field orequivalent practicalexperience.
  • 35years of professional experience in frontend development with astrong focus onReact.
  • Proficiencyin HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript(ES6).
  • Experiencewith state management tools such as Redux Context APIetc.
  • Familiaritywith GraphQL and its usage in frontendapplications.
  • Knowledgeof the Shopify platform and best practices for ecommercedevelopment is aplus.
  • Strongunderstanding of responsive design principles and crossbrowsercompatibility.
  • Experiencewith version control systems particularlyGit.
  • Excellentproblemsolving skills and attention todetail.
  • Strongcommunication skills and ability to collaborate effectively withinateam.

Addedadvantage

  • Experiencewith TypeScript is aplus.
  • Understandingof web performance optimizationtechniques.
  • Familiaritywith testing frameworks like Jest or React TestingLibrary.
  • Previousexperience working in an agile developmentenvironment.

a) 3-5 years of professional experience in front-end developmentwith a strong focus on React. b) Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, andJavaScript (ES6+). c) Experience with state management tools suchas Redux, Context API, etc. d) Familiarity with GraphQL and itsusage in front-end applications. e) Knowledge of the Shopifyplatform and best practices for e-commerce development is a plus.f) Strong understanding of responsive design principles andcross-browser compatibility. g) Experience with version controlsystems, particularly Git. h) Excellent problem-solving skills andattention to detail. i) Strong communication skills and ability tocollaborate effectively within a team.
