PerformanceTester is responsible for evaluating the responsiveness stabilityscalability and reliability of software applications and systemsunder varying levels of load andstress.

Thisrole is crucial in ensuring that applications perform efficientlyand effectively in production environments meeting both technicalspecifications and businessrequirements.

Requirements
  • Performintegrations stress load regression and performance testing tovalidate the production readiness of software applications andinfrastructure for stability andperformance.
  • Provideperformance testing software systems support for the respectivebusinessunit.
  • Handsonexperience withJMeter.
  • Experiencewith LoadRunner using protocols such as Citrix RDP Windows Socket(Winsock) and performance testing of mobile technologies anddatabases.
  • Experiencewith APM tools like AppDynamics and Dynatrace is an addedadvantage.
  • Designdevelop and execute test scripts and test cases as defined withinthe project s testplan.
  • Performautomated load/performance testing across multiple messagingprotocols (including HTTP) focusing on overall applicationperformance validating that application responses and outputsaccurately reflect businessrequirements.
  • Trackand communicate task progress status and key performancemetrics.
  • Reportdefects found during testing diligently promptly and accuratelyusing standard defect trackingtools.
  • Communicateeffectively across multiple teams external vendors andstakeholders.
