Job Description

As a HR Partner, you will provide HR support for Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. The role will focus to partner with the business to shape the people infrastructure and culture needed to attract, engage and retain the very best talent. You will work closely with the HR Manager and business leaders to drive HR programs, talent management, employee engagement, and compliance within the Healthcare business unit.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Providing guidance and perspective on employee movements i.e. promotions, salary changes and workforce planning; assist with execution of these activities to ensure timely pipelining of quality talent to meet business needs. Partner closely with other People teams such as Functional People Partners, People Relations, Talent, compensation and benefits  Participating in, and provide HR input for business projects, long-term planning as well as the employee engagement initiatives on the ground. Evolving HR programs and practices including Project Management for business HR initiatives.

Good to have:

Bachelor's/ Master's degree from an accredited university or college  Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR Business Partnership Strong oral and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
