  • Exceed guest expectations in quality andservice of food products
  • Any matter which mayeffect the interests of hotel should be brought to the attention ofthe Management.
  • Provide effective support tothe team to enable them to provide a range of effective andefficient services.
  • Ensure to exceed guestexpectations in quality and service of the foodproducts.
  • Cooperate with staff in each sectionas assigned by the Executive Chef to ensure the proper use ofequipment and efficient completion of alltasks. 
  • Maintain personal grooming andhygiene to ensure standards aremaintained. 
  • Liaise with the Cateringand Stewarding Departments in a professional manner to ensure eventobjectives are achieved and standards are maintained at alltimes.
  • Identify optimal and cost effective useof the resources.
  • Facilitate the stock take andstock rotation for the assignedsection. 
  • Monitor the operation toensure that food wastage is minimized and to maintain costeffectiveness and profitability in allareas.
  • Adhere to all recipes methods andinstructions from the Executive Chef / SousChef.
  • Ensure that company and statutory hygienestandards are maintained.
  • Ensure that thepreparation and presentation of food complies with thestandards.
  • Responsible for the productionpreparation and presentation of all food items in the assignedfunction to ensure highest quality at alltimes.
  • Ensure to maintain appropriate groomingstandards hygiene and code ofconduct.
  • Coordinate operations with DepartmentCoordinators Supervisors and other Departmental Managers to ensureoperational readiness efficiency in resource utilization and theprompt delivery of services.
  •  Ensureto to prevent the use of contaminated products in any process offood preparation.
  • To ensure that the assignedKitchen areas equipment and utensils are always kept as per thestandards.
  •  Ensure to adhere toMercure Ekana Sportz City Lucknow policies and procedures at alltimes.
  • Handle additional responsibilities asand when delegated by theManagement.
