Sales and Business Development Manager

The Sales and BusinessDevelopment Manager is responsible for driving sales growth andexpanding the market presence
ofthe companys polyurethane (PU) foam business segment. This roleinvolves identifying new businessopportunities
building andmaintaining strong customer relationships and developing strategicsales plans to achieve revenuetargets
3.Client Relationship Management:
oEstablish and nurture strong relationships with key customers andindustry stakeholders.
o Provideexceptional client service and address inquiries concerns andfeedback promptly.
o Collaboratewith the technical and production teams to ensure the clientrequirements are met.
4. SalesExecution:
o Develop and delivercompelling sales presentations and proposals to prospectiveclients.
o Negotiate and closesales deals ensuring favorable terms and conditions for thecompany.
o Monitor and track salesperformance identifying areas for improvement and implementingcorrective
actions.
5.Product Knowledge and Promotion:
oMaintain indepth knowledge of the companys PU foam products andtheir applications.
o Promote thebenefits and features of PU foam products to potentialclients.
o Participate in industrytrade shows conferences and events to showcase products and networkwith
industryprofessionals.
6. Collaborationand Coordination:
o Work closelywith the marketing team to develop promotional materials andcampaigns.
o Collaborate with theR&D and production teams to align product development withmarket needs.
o Coordinate withthe logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery ofproducts to customers.
7.Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepareregular sales and business development reports for seniormanagement.
o Analyze sales dataand market trends to provide insights and recommendations forstrategic decisionmaking.
oMonitor competitors activities and industry developments to stayinformed of marketconditions.
