JobSummary:

As theManager Demand Generation you will beresponsible for developing and executing marketing strategies thatdrive awareness engagement and lead generation. You will workclosely with sales content and product teams to align marketingefforts with business goals and deliver measurable results. Thisrole requires a strong mix of analytical thinking creativity andhandson execution to accelerate the pipeline and support thecompanys growth objectives.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • StrategyDevelopment: Develop and implement demand generationstrategies that drive leads and sales opportunities through variouschannels including email social media SEO PPC and contentmarketing.
  • CampaignManagement: Plan execute and optimize multichannelmarketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and meet revenuegoals.
  • LeadNurturing: Design and manage lead nurturing programsthat convert prospects into leads and leads into customers throughtargeted content andmessaging.
  • Collaboration withSales: Partner with the sales team to ensurealignment on lead qualification conversion strategies andreporting.
  • Data Analysis &Reporting: Analyze campaign performance dataproviding actionable insights and optimization strategies toimprove ROI. Develop detailed reports on KPIs such as leadconversion rates cost per lead andROI.
  • MarketingAutomation: Oversee the implementation and use ofmarketing automation tools to manage campaigns and segmentaudiences effectively.
  • SEO &SEM: Lead search engine optimization and paid searchmarketing efforts to ensure visibility and trafficgeneration.
  • ContentStrategy: Collaborate with the content team tocreate engaging materials (blogs whitepapers webinars etc.) thatattract and convert leads.
  • BudgetManagement: Manage the demand generation budgetensuring efficient allocation and maximumROI.
  • MarketResearch: Conduct market research to understandcustomer needs preferences and buying behaviors and use thefindings to influence marketingstrategies.
  • InnovativeThinking: Stay up to date with industry trends andimplement innovative marketing tactics to stay ahead ofcompetitors.

Skills&Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a relatedfield. MBA is aplus.
  • Experience:5 years of experience in demand generation B2B marketing or digitalmarketing. Experience in SaaS or technologybased companies ishighly preferred.
  • MarketingTools: Proficiency in marketing automation tools(e.g. HubSpot Marketo Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g.Salesforce).
  • DataDriven:Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysisreporting tools and leadtracking.
  • ProjectManagement: Strong project management skills withthe ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlinessimultaneously.
  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the abilityto collaboratecrossfunctionally.
  • SEO/SEMKnowledge: Knowledge of SEO best practices and SEMtactics for paid searchcampaigns.
  • Creativity:Ability to generate fresh ideas and innovative approaches toattract nurture and convertleads.
  • TeamLeadership: Proven experience in leading teams andmanaging crossdepartmentalcollaboration.
