Whatwe are lookingfor:As the Sr.Engagement Lead you ll leverage data to unravel complexities adeptat devising strategic solutions that deliver tangible results forour clients. We are seeking an individual who not only possessesthe requisite expertise but also thrives in the dynamic landscapeof a fastpaced globalfirm.
Whatyou lldo:
  • Seekingan individual experienced in leveraging emerging technologies andbest practices to address healthcare/pharma industrychallenges.
  • Collaboratewith clients to model data and solve complex business issues.
  • Analyze to aidstrategic decisionmaking utilizing tools like Tableau SAS R andAlteryx.
  • Developtailored healthcare analytics solutions to improve patient outcomesand cost management.
  • Gain a comprehensiveunderstanding of data and processes to deliver impactfuloutcomes.
  • Work withclients to structure and model the data to solve complex businessproblems
  • Develop andimplement innovative solutions along with coaching guiding andmentoring Sr Analyst/ AssociateEngagement.

Musthave:
  • Candidateswith a Bachelors degree in Engineering and 8 years of stronganalyticsexperience.
  • Individualswith experience in statistical analysis predictive modelingGotomarket strategy segmentation Forecasting Sizing AlignmentMarketing Mix Model Targeting and analyzing large datasets toderive insights and make datadrivendecisions.
  • Ability towork on and manage multiple projects for multiple stakeholders witha quality mindset
  • Deepunderstanding of their Industry including market trends regulatoryframeworks and competitivelandscapes.
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills essential for effectivecollaboration.
  • Provenability to work creatively and analytically with minimaldirection.
