We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team at a leading co-working sector consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and enhancing our online presence, driving engagement with our audience, and positioning our brand as a thought leader in the co-working and flexible workspace industry.

- Produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content that highlights industry insights, trends, and consultancy expertise.
- Schedule and post content consistently to ensure regular audience engagement.
- Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage comments across all platforms.
- Build relationships with co-working professionals, thought leaders, and relevant communities.
- Monitor performance metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights and adjust strategies based on data.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with business goals, such as lead generation or brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies with broader campaigns.
- Stay updated on trends and developments in the co-working and flexible workspace industry.
