Job Description

Role: Business Analyst – L5

Location: Navi Mumbai

Who are we looking for?

A Business Analyst to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client in banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Technical Skills:

 Must have 6+ years of experience on Banking and Finance domain

 The person should have experience in Business Process Flow, Software development life cycle.

 Will be responsible for Project activities like conceptualization, testing, impact analysis, Process flow creation.

 Will be responsible for writing BRD's FSD's, test cases.

 Will be supporting the project manager for other enterprise level changes / enhancements on the platform

 Should ensure quality testing and proper user training and manage critical issues that may come up

 Understanding market practices in the BFSI domain, circulars related to the domain.

 Should have managed implementation of process and system functionalities and training.

 Should have good knowledge of products and functions of Banking and finance domain.

 Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of project.

 Define the Strategy

 Develop the business scenarios for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.

 Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained.

 Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.

Process Skills:

 Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process

 Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)

 Ability to execute business scenarios, test plans and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

Behavioral Skills :

 Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs

 Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

 Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

 Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Certification: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis professional)
