Experience - 2 years 6 years experience preferably with 2 year HR & Administration Experience
Job location: Andheri East, Mumbai.
Educational Qualification: A master's degree in human resources management or an equivalent diploma.
Job Description:
- Provides support to executives or managers by handling administrative tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing documents.
- Database Administrator : Manages and maintains databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance. Responsible for database design, installation, configuration, backup and recovery, and troubleshooting.
- Office Administrator : Oversees the daily operations of an office, managing facilities, supplies, equipment, and coordinating administrative tasks for the entire team.
- Human Resources Administrator : Handles administrative tasks related to HR functions, such as maintaining employee records, managing benefits, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance.
- Recruitments : Good knowledge of Non IT and Manufacturing Industries Recruitments, Joining & Induction, On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Executive Assistant : Works closely with high-level executives, providing administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information.
- Project Administrator : Provides administrative support for project teams, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating communication.
- Recruitments : Good knowledge of Non IT and Manufacturing Industries Recruitments, Joining & Induction, On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Financial Administrator : Assists with financial management tasks, such as budgeting, processing invoices, tracking transactions, and generating financial reports.
