As a Senior Consultant in our SuccessFactors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.
Desired qualifications
SAP HR ABAP Consultant. ABAP with HR/HCM module development. Minimum 5+ years Project experience with SAP HR ABAP/4 and HANA preferable Data Replication from Success Factors to ECC/ ECP/S4 Hana. ABAP certified consultants preferred. Can develop and work with ABAP object and classes, Enhancements (BADI and Exit). Strong experience in RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Exit, Forms and Workflow). Good to have exposure in SAP Web Dynpro + Workflow Should have experience in minimum 2 implementation and 2 AMS experience Should be able to understand the process knowledge of Development life cycle. Ability to understand the functional requirements and translate them to technical specifications.Location and way of working
Base location: Pan India This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work. Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.Your role as a Senior Consultant
