Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor market trends andcompetitor activities to inform businessstrategies.
- Sales andMarketing:
- Oversee thedevelopment and execution of sales and marketingstrategies.
- Set sales targets and monitorperformance to ensure achievement of revenuegoals.
- Ensure effective promotion ofpharmaceutical products to healthcareprofessionals.
- RegulatoryCompliance:
- Ensure alloperations comply with local regulatory requirements and industrystandards.
- Liaise with regulatory authoritiesto ensure timely approvals andcompliance.
- Oversee the implementation ofquality assurance and pharmacovigilanceactivities.
- TeamLeadership:
- Lead mentorand develop a highperforming team across variousfunctions.
- Foster a positive and collaborativework environment.
- Conduct regular performancereviews and implement training and developmentprograms.
- FinancialManagement:
- Develop andmanage the country budget ensuring efficient use ofresources.
- Monitor financial performance andimplement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepareand present financial and operational reports to seniormanagement.
- OperationalExcellence:
- Ensureefficient and effective operations across all functions includingsupply chain distribution and customerservice.
- Implement best practices andcontinuous improvement initiatives.
- Address andresolve operational issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Pharmacy Life Sciences or arelated field.
- Proven experience as a CountryManager or in a senior leadership role within the pharmaceuticalindustry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticalregulations and market dynamics in InsertCountry.
- Excellent leadership and peoplemanagement skills.
- Strong business acumen andstrategic thinking abilities.
- Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonalskills.
- Proficiency in financial management andbudgeting.
- Ability to travel asrequired.
