Team Leader Reconciliation Ops

Closemonitoring of unit deliverables and ensuing activities are completed withinagreed TAT’s.

•Exhibit people management skills. Tracking and reporting units KPIs

•Define operational processes and comply with laid down policies and processes.

•Has an eye for regulatory changes and defines process in accordance to ensurecompliance.

•Identifies and escalates issues which have a direct impact on financial,reputational loss.

•Ensure there are NIL customer Operational errors leading to financial loss.

•Coordinate with vendors and ensure activities are completed within agreedtimeframes.

•To have an eye for detail and be quality focused and willingness to work inshifts.

•Tracks unit productivity and ensure adequate process and system trainings areprovided leading to optimum productivity

•Conduct frequent unit review meetings with service partners and closely monitortheir service levels.

•Conducts performance reviews and provide feedback to team members

•Implement controls and ensure compliance with conventional and establishedinternal controls.

•Review and report accurate information to regulators and internal auditreviews.

•Define and conform to risk policies and operational procedures to mitigate keyoperational, regulatory, financial and reputational risks.

•Identify key operational, financial and reputational risks and implementmitigating controls

•Interactions with various functions within Business ( Risk Management,Products, Marketing, Sales, Customer Services, Operational Risk, ServiceQuality on queries, process discussions and mails

 

MISand Reporting and Other Activities

§   PreparesMIS reports & various monthly reports with maintenance of proper records ofaccounts, Outstanding, inventories etc

§   PreparesMIS reports for compliance, statutory, regulatory requirements laid underdifferent acts governing banking regulations

 

OtherActivities

§   Createsawareness and participation in Business Continuity Plans (BCP)

§   Assistssupport to risk management, business, support units in containing exceptions tothe minimum and help in resolving them

§   Ensuresmandatory processing to be completed on same day for within TAT requests for casesand escalations internal / external customer

§   Ensuresonline reconciliation of transaction and No issues / open items pending

§   Processingcapacity numbers as agreed with Business to be met (incl. managing absenteeism)
