Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services to achieve sales targets. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for business development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of market research and sales techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify potential business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients by providing them with information about our services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to generate revenue.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on sales activities and achievements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
