Title: - Data Migration Specialist

Introduction

This position is a part of the Services Engineering team in Beneficiation, Dewatering and Hydrometallurgy Business Line (BDH), in Services BA and will be responsible for seamless integration of data from Legacy PDM and PLM to new system in 3D EXPERIENCE ENOVIA and SAP S/4 HANA, for all Filtration, Flotation, Hydrometallurgy and Thickener technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

 Perform data migration from Legacy systems to target (ENOVIA / SAP S/4 HANA) system within given scope and timeline. Execute end-to-end data migration processes, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated data. Design and develop data migration strategies: Utilize your understanding of 3DEXPERIENCE/ PLM/ ERP and migration tools to create optimized plans for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Conduct data analysis and quality assessments: Identify and resolve any data inconsistencies or compatibility issues to ensure clean and accurate migration. Support Engineering Change Management through ECR/ECO processes. Document and share best practices: Capture valuable knowledge gained from the project to enable future migrations and knowledge transfer within the team. Other data migration and engineering related duties as assigned.

To succeed:

Minimum Diploma in mechanical engineering. 2 -5 years of experience in relevant engineering / draughtsman discipline(s) Knowledge of PLM methodology. In-depth knowledge of relevant engineering tools (SolidWorks, Inventor, Enovia, AutoCAD, EDM, FICKON, PYRAMID) Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and solve problems effectively. Ability to successfully work with others in a matrix from a range of cultures within a diverse political, economic, technical, and social environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Self-motivated approach and ability to work independently. Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written)
