Overview:The C LinuxDeveloper plays a critical role within the organization responsiblefor developing and maintaining C applications on the Linuxplatform. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stabilityperformance and security of softwaresolutions.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Design and developC applications for Linuxbasedsystems
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto define design and ship new features
  • Writeefficient maintainable and reusable Ccode
  • Conduct code reviews and perform debuggingand troubleshooting
  • Optimize applicationperformance and ensure scalability
  • Implementautomated unit and integration tests
  • Integratesoftware components into a fully functional softwaresystem
  • Participate in requirements analysis andsoftware specification
  • Conduct continuousresearch and evaluation of newtechnologies
  • Maintain documentation forsoftware development processes andprocedures
  • Provide technical support andconsultation for Linuxspecificissues
  • Contribute to the improvement ofdevelopment processes
  • Ensure adherence tosoftware development standards and bestpractices
  • Participate in Agile developmentprocesses
  • Collaborate with software architectsand designers to meet systemrequirements
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Computer Engineering or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in C applicationdevelopment on Linux
  • Proficiency in softwaredevelopment using C programming language
  • Strongunderstanding of Linux operating system and kernelprogramming
  • Experience with scripting languages(e.g. Bash Python) for automation
  • Knowledge ofdebugging tools and techniques for Linuxapplications
  • Familiarity with version controlsystems (e.g. Git SVN)
  • Experience in softwaretesting and debugging
  • Ability to work in acollaborative team environment
  • Excellentproblemsolving and analytical skills
  • Goodunderstanding of software developmentlifecycle
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize andmanage multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledge ofAgile methodologies and practices
