  • Regularly interact withthe customer to build rapport and understand the profile.

  • Monitoring Inward Remittances FCYChq Realization

  • Contact15 unique customers daily for sales calls

  • Handling Service Request for NR HNWclients

  • Ensurecertification of documentation required for opening and maintainingcustomer accounts

  • Followall NR Desk related processes (like Day Plan Fee Plan and any otherthat may be notified from time to time)

  • Ensure that an optimal level of Incomegenerating Product Group Holding (IPGH) is reached. Enhance clientsCTG level and Ensure that the Customer Group profitability isachieved

  • CustomerServices: Ensure quality customer service is delivered. Allcustomer queries and complaints to be resolved the same day. Ensurethe customer is informed about any regulatory or process change.Keep the customer updated on program features.

  • Complaint Management: To ensure allqueries and complaints are resolved within the bank specifiedTAT.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate/PostGraduates with 3 Years experience in Alternative Investment InwardRemittances should have knowledge on Product Group Holding andshould have been dealing with NR/NRI/ Wealth Clients.

Should have good knowledge on Treasury & ForexProducts
