We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Why the Role Is Important: 
Our Developer teams are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful.  
Once You Are Here, You Will:  
• Bachelor’s degree - ideally in Computer Science, Engineering or MIS
• 6+ years of experience in Slack is mandatory
•    Design, deploy, integrate, and provide Development support using Slack API.
•    Experience in building Slack functions, workflows and triggers.
•    Experience in testing Slack apps and other work in a dedicated development environment
•    Building internally-facing Slack applications to help automate administration and business processes
•    Handle work intake and drive projects to completion via team Scrum-Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, backlog grooming, planning, and team retrospectives)
•    Articulate project requirements in an ever-changing environment and implement according to standard methodologies"
•    "Prior experience administering a Slack Enterprise grid environment
•    Ability to pull and analyze basic data from SaaS systems and logs.
•    Mulesoft API consumption
•    Able to demonstrate implementation of a new solution, including requirements gathering, design, proof-of-concept, test, and validating that solution meets the business need"
•    Attend the daily scrum calls and working in Global model
•    Slack Certified Admin/Slack,Certified Consultant, Slack Certified Developer

  Preferred Experience: 
• Prior experience with a software development methodology & Slack
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Excellent organization, follow up skills, and attention to detail   
Ideal Mindset: 
• Problem Solver. You are creative but also practical in finding solutions to problems that may arise in the project to avoid potential escalations.  
• Analytical. You like to dissect complex processes and can help forge a path based on your findings.  
• Self-driven. Motivated individual who can efficiently influence delivery in complicated matrix organization.
