Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant specializing in IT services for the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have a track record in selling IT services, including Application Support, IT Manpower, and IT Security. The Sales Consultant will drive sales growth, build client relationships, and provide tailored IT solutions to FMCG clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential FMCG clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and trends.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  1. Solution Selling:
  • Present IT services and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Develop proposals and presentations to address client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  1. Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide feedback to improve service offerings.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in selling IT services, focused on the FMCG industry.
  • Understanding of Application Support, IT Manpower, and IT Security solutions.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT services sales.
  • Knowledge of FMCG industry IT needs.
  • Certification in sales or relevant IT services.
