Overview:The role of aData Scientist is pivotal in leveraging data to drive actionableinsights for the organization. Data Scientists are responsible forextracting analyzing and interpreting large complex data sets tosolve challenging problems and make strategic business decisions.They play a crucial role in developing predictive models conductingstatistical analysis and communicating findings tostakeholders.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for leveragingcompany data to drive business solutions.
  • Mineand analyze data from company databases to drive optimization andimprovement of product development marketing techniques andbusiness strategies.
  • Develop custom data modelsand algorithms to apply to data sets.
  • Usepredictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiencesrevenue generation ad targeting and other businessoutcomes.
  • Develop company A/B testing frameworkand test model quality.
  • Coordinate withdifferent functional teams to implement models and monitoroutcomes.
  • Develop processes and tools tomonitor and analyze model performance and dataaccuracy.
  • Provide insights into the productsales and marketing teams to increase profitability and companygrowth.
  • Conduct data analysis and datamining.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data setsgenerate insights and present findings tostakeholders.
  • Create data dashboards andvisualizations to support businessdecisions.
  • Build and maintain data pipelinesfor AI/ML models.
  • Identify valuable datasources and automate collectionprocesses.
  • Conduct adhoc analysis and presentresults in a clear manner.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist orin a similar role.
  • Experience with common datascience toolkits such as R Python MATLABetc.
  • Proficiency in using query languages suchas SQL for analyzing data.
  • Experience withmachine learning and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow KerasPyTorch etc.).
  • Strong understanding ofstatistics and experience using statistical computer languages (RPython etc.)
  • Experience in data visualizationtools such as Tableau PowerBI etc.
  • Experiencewith big data tools such as Hadoop Sparketc.
  • Excellent communication and presentationskills.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize andmanage time effectively.
  • Strong problemsolvingskills with an emphasis on productdevelopment.
  • Experience working in an Agiledevelopment environment is a plus.
  • Experiencein retail ecommerce or related industry isdesirable.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced andcollaborative team environment.
  • Certificationsin Data Science Machine Learning or related fields are aplus.
