Asthe Assistant Manager / Senior Executive of Partnership andStrategic Alliances for our wealth management business you will bethe face of the company externally and the SPOC for allcommunication with other wealth management partners for businessalliances to achieve the company s strategicobjectives.
Responsible for onboarding partners/ IFA s ( Independent FinancialAdvisors ) Responsible for business volumeswith each partner and ensuring scaleup ofpartnership Ensure complete documentationand agreements are in order and timely updates asrequired Endtoend onboarding of partners forlead generation to commercial negotiations technical integration& closing. Responsible for daytodayliaising with wealth management partners ensuring a smooth flow ofoperations Ensure all tasks deliverables anddocumentation and lending agreements are created with the highestlevel of accuracy. Driving integration onall aspects of the strategic partnership acrossdepartments Develop business processes toensure operational efficiency andprofitability. Responsible for meetingmonthly quarterly and yearly businesstargets Outstanding written and verbalcommunication skills with the ability to convey issues clearly andconcisely. Planning for consistent growth inkey business metrics in line with company objectives as well asproviding an accurate monthly forecast ofopportunities. Engage with prospectivepartners and manage endtoend onboarding process to drivegrowth Nurture partner relations and giveinsights on overall business performance and efficient industrypractices.
